Let's call it "pollution poker" and break it down:

1) Copenhagen Accord is not about global warming but, like all the poker games, it is just about money.

2) The money in this game is represented by chips. Let's call them "pollution chips". All the players at the table can purchase them now. The price of the chips is still reasonable but, of course, only for those who have some money now in the first place.

3) The winners in this game are those who loose a minimum of their money and end up the most of the chips and or money in the future.

4) A really dirty (dirty like in "pollution") secret of the pollution poker is that those pollution chips will be soon worth trillions of dollars a year and will remain permanently out of reach of all but the richest players.

5) The poker, being a game played with money and about winning money, traditionally, is NEVER a good place for players with least money.

6) Biggest losers in the pollution poker will be those players who are forced, or choose, to play AFTER the price of chips increases. Coincidentally, those are mostly the same players who have least money now.

I hate game of poker because players who really need money most usually end getting hurt the most.

I hope we all will live soon in the world where people lives are not being bet in any ruthless game like that. The reality of so many countries indicates to me the opposite.eworkflowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09139523920570653621noreply@blogger.com
